At Mobile Square, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new tech. If your purchase isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible electronics within 14 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mobile Square account and select the 'Order History' tab to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Device
Place the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective films to ensure a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund
Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
